The art of mentor matchmaking
Our mentor program carefully matches you with a volunteer mentor from a professional background who provides support and guidance with career pathway planning.
The matching process is personalised to your needs, interests and attributes to create the best outcome possible.
Mentees (young people) are often interested in a mentor’s career journey and work experience.

People and Culture Manager includes recruitment of employees, staff training, employee policies
Supply & Logistics Manager includes manage supply, storage and distribution of goods
Cyber Risk Analyst includes protects company hardware, software, and networks from cybercriminals e.g. hackers
Senior Lawyer and Barrister: helping people or organisations with legal problems inc. representing them in court
Finance Business Partner: track financial performance, do financial analysis to help guide decision making.
Teachers Aide / Assistant: supporting students learning in classroom
Health Specialist: A medical professional who diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic diseases in specialist area.
Marketing Manager: create marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services e.g. social media, advertising.
Social Science Researcher: create research projects designed to identify and investigate social issues and social problems.
Operations Manager: a broad managerial role that ensures a organisation’s operations run smoothly and on time inc. working with people, core operations, budgets, project delivery, and in company strategy.
Associate Professor Exercise Science: An academic in Higher Education (e.g. university) that may develop lesson plans, teach students, conduct research and publish papers in their field of study.
Student Adviser: helps TAFE and Uni students with technical and academic support, but also support with other personal issues students may be experiencing.
